| Summary | 0001731: There is no sound when I change the channel while playing music on the smartphone. | ||||
| Description | Precondition #1 : audio output is set as "External Device(외부기기)" #2 : press the front BT button and connect with Smartphone #3 : connect the TV which support the Dolby(AC3) Test step #1 : change the channel to 990, 990 channel has no Dolby audio #2 : play the music from Smartphone #3 : change the channel to 7, 7 channel has Dolby audio You can't hear the audio and below error messages are displayed repeatedly. 06-01 17:59:10.815 android.hardware.audio@2.0-service 339 5192 E audio_hw_nontunnel write() line 332: blocking pipeline for too long time:2950 ms 06-01 17:59:10.816 android.hardware.audio@2.0-service 339 5192 W StreamHAL Error from HAL stream in function write: Invalid argument 06-01 17:59:10.816 audioserver 361 642 E AudioStreamOutSink Error while writing data to HAL: -22 Could you please check this issue? Hi Sangmin, I think the posible cause is: when BTV(IPTV) changed to Dolby audio(ac3) mode, the AMP sound HAL status is abnormal, so AMP doesn't output audio stream. Already create a Synaptics JIRA(https://synacsm.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/173/CSMSKBSBLT-219?created=true) to let them help to check it. Thanks~ Sam |

Hi Sangmin, The root cause is: On condition of HDMI passthrough mode and Dolby Audio(ac3) playing, AMP HAL will set HMI & SPDIF as passthrough mode format, so BT sink audio playing will be abnormal(no sound output). Solution: As the previous "NUGU audio no output" issue, we fix this issue as: don't set HMI & SPDIF as passthrough mode format while BT sink audio playing.
